My name is Carlos and I was born in Madrid in 1972.
In 1996, I received my degree in Computer Science in the Facultat d'Informàtica de Barcelona, at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. In 2005, I received my PhD in Computer Science in the Computer Architecture Department at the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. My advisors were Antonio Gonzalez and Jordi Tubella, and my research was focused on multithreading architectures and data value reuse for superscalar processors. My current research is oriented to Networks on Chip and to the memory hierarchy of Chip Multiprocessors.
I began to work in Jannuary 1999 as a lecturer in the Computer Sciences and Mathematics Department at the Universitat Rovira i Virgili. I am currently an associate professor in the same department and university. |
